We can provide a wide range of training courses, both to ensure our own staff are kept up to
date and to provide other care providers with a cost-effective training option.
We made a conscious decision that
the best way to ensure the quality of the training of our own staff was to have an in-house training capability. As a result
we now have trainers who are not only experienced caregivers themselves but are also excellent trainers. As part of our process
of continuous improvement our training staff are currently undergoing further professional training themselves.
